Beach. Staff. Breakfast is great and has many food selection and varies everyday. Rooms by the beach are very nice. Spa by the beach. Airport shuttle for group of families.

Oceanica resort is truly a tropical paradise. The staff is amazing - everyone was very nice and assisted us with any questions, helped us organize transfers, tours, etc. Our beachfront room was very comfortable. It was cleaned well every day. Breakfast and the restaurant menu were good too. And of course the beach is wonderful. If you want to have a peaceful and relaxing time at the beach or at the pool and pool bar, it's better to use a more tranquil East wing of the resort (poolside rooms and the larger premium beachfront rooms are located there), as the day walk-in guests are not allowed in that part of the resort. Also the best snorkeling spots are closest to the East wing.

The best room we had in the Philippines! Huge bed, everything was clean and comfortable. We got a bottle of wine, snacks and water for free. The resort is beautiful! The private beach is very nice. you can get snorkels and kayak for free. It is 10 minutes from Alona center - which for us was very good because you have quite and you can use grab at any time of the day to get to the center. Very friendly staff.

love that you have access to 2 pools, and the whole property is nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There are ramps for PWDs and the property is very PWD-friendly. We love that there's free access to south farm and you can also rent a paddle/kayak board for free. There's also a recreation center which my friend and I enjoyed playing at. Gym is available 24 hours - sad I wasn't able to use it though! Love that happy hour starts at 7am! lol

The resort is great and I would stay again. It is literally on the beach and walking out from our room we were straight on the beach. The vibe was terrific - nicely relaxed. The staff were very helpful. Our room was great - large, clean and comfortable. We had massages and they occur outside under the trees by the beach which was so lovely and relaxing. My husband needs to be gluten free and the resort could not do enough for him in providing whatever he wanted to eat. Plus there was beer he could drink in the evening. And we loved the pizzas too. The beach was great - white sands and plenty of space to lie on sun loungers. All in all, a terrific experience.

This resort is heavenly.....large, luxurious and very likable. The rooms were capacious and clean--mine had a ginormous comfy bed. Even though the sea view rooms were not actually steps from the water it was more private being back a bit and the sea view from the room was just marvelous. On the nice little terrace there was a chair, side table and a bean bag chair which we dragged down to the edge of the trees on the gorgeous beach (and returned !). Flip-flops, palm leaf tote bag, plush toy, peanut kisses, and bottle of wine were complimentary in my room. Although there was a wedding on the beach the first night, there was a notification in the room and the celebration stopped promptly at 22:00. The breakfast buffet was incredible and served in the open air building in front of the day-access pool with a sea view. Incredible choices available to suit every palate. A lot of the produce comes from South Farms which you can grab the free shuttle to visit. My two teenage grandchildren loved our visit there. They caught my fish which was grilled and ready for our lunch for a small fee. Food at the restaurant in the resort was a bit pricey so we walked down the beach several nights for dinner or took the very cheap (3€) tuktuk (which you can order easily from the front of the resort) to Alona beach which was heaving with people Great dinner at Gerry's ! There are two pools; one is available also for day access guests with bar/restaurant and sun loungers and chairs The other pool is for resort guests only with bar/food, sun loungers, chairs and tables. More people in the late afternoon Service was quick and staff friendly. Occasionally dishes and glasses were not cleared away from departed customers but was quickly resolved. Security staff were very friendly and conscientious about keeping day guests or passing beach goers in designated areas. Massages with sea view----marvelous !!!!

We stayed at Panglao Villa Room 400. It had a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The location which faces the beach front and the spacious Villa were great. Also, the private jacuzzi was an added feature.

Oceanica Resort truly excelled as a nature and forest-like retreat. The property is surrounded by a lush garden lined with coconut trees, which created a beautiful atmosphere, especially at night when the lights were absolutely fabulous. The sand is pristine and comparable to Boracay, making for a wonderful beach experience, even with the presence of some coral. Additionally, we were delighted by the lots of freebies that were provided. A special shout-out goes to staff member Sevie. He was genuinely thoughtful; he noticed our child was uncomfortable with the heat during breakfast and, without us asking, immediately provided us with a fan. This level of attentiveness was wonderful. The room and bathroom were average in size and perfectly comfortable for our stay.
